A person inheriting through ta’sib-by-others or through ta’sib-with-others shall, if he is with
an heir by fardh, inherit the remainder of the estate after such heir receives his share. Such
person shall be excluded from the inheritance if the entire estate is distributed among heirs
by fardh.
