A missing person’s share of the estate shall be preserved based on the assumption that he
is alive. If he is found to be alive, he shall receive his share. If he is declared dead pursuant
to a judicial ruling rendered prior to the death of the testator, his share shall be redistributed
among the heirs who are entitled thereto at the time said judgment is rendered.
