An unborn child shall be allocated the greater share of an estate for one male or female or
more pursuant to a certified medical report specifying the number of fetuses, and the other
heirs shall be given the lesser share. If, upon delivery, the status of the child or children,
whether alive or dead, and the gender and number thereof is determined, the remainder of
the estate shall be distributed among the heirs according to their respective shares.
