The court may, in exceptional cases, in disputes over establishing the paternity of a child,
or at the request of a competent agency, order a DNA test in accordance with applicable
rules. The court shall rule on the basis of the test results, provided that said ruling is issued
upon verification of the following:
1. The child is of unknown parentage.
2. The age difference makes paternity of the child plausible.
