An inspector, upon presenting his credentials, may access food establishments
and facilities for inspection purposes, review any documents and records, and
obtain copies thereof, if necessary. He may also take samples of food for
analysis. The food establishment or facility shall provide access to the inspector
and may not hinder him from performing his duties.
