The inspector shall:
1. not disclose any information he becomes privy to by virtue of his job, unless
so requested by SFDA or the competent court;
2. comply with the provisions and procedures set in this Law and its regulations;
and
3. draft a report of any violation of the provisions of this Law and its regulations,
and provide the violator with a copy thereof.
