The Ministry may coordinate with the competent authority to
provide the Ministry with reports, information and data prepared
by said authority pursuant to its review or study of the financial
statements of the entities licensed to practice the activity of
operating a tourist accommodation facility in accordance with the
provisions of Article 9(3) of the Law.
