The Ministry or its designee shall conduct veterinary health tests or epidemiological

surveys for specific types of animal resources, products or waste, to diagnose animal
diseases or detect any microbial, chemical or radioactive contamination or residues of
veterinary preparations, on specific or regular times, or as the need arises.
