Implementing Regulations of The Agriculture Law

1. The Ministry or its designee shall determine the appropriate sites for setting up seasonal and permanent markets to circulate and sell types of animal resources. Circulation shall be permitted only in places licensed by the Ministry. 2. Animal resources markets established after the issuance of these Regulations shall be located outside the urban boundaries of cities, governorates and villages, and shall have a veterinary clinic for medical supervision of the animals offered for sale. 3. Animal resources shall not be offered for sale unless they have completed the vaccination programs approved by the Ministry; vaccination shall be administered by a person or agency that is licensed by the Ministry. 4. An animal showing any sign of fatigue, stress or symptoms of disease shall not be offered for sale, and shall be immediately isolated in a place away from other healthy animals.
