The Ministry or its designee shall, in coordination with the relevant agency, grant
approvals for the importation, exportation or transit of any agricultural sector resources
and products and wild organisms. It may prohibit the importation of any type thereof to
achieve public interest and animal welfare, and shall set the necessary health procedures
and conditions in this respect.
