The Ministry shall prepare extension and awareness-raising programs for fishermen to
engage in the establishment of agricultural cooperatives and the like, in relation to

fishing and aquaculture in coastal regions, cities, villages and governorates, in
coordination with the relevant agencies, and shall provide technical support to these
cooperatives.
