Fishing by way of industrial vessels and vessels with inboard motors shall not be
permitted within a distance of three nautical miles from the coastline or islands. Shrimp
bottom trawling and fishing by traditional vessels with outboard motors shall be
prohibited within a distance of about two nautical miles from the coastline or islands.
