1. Spearguns of whatever type, harpoons, and the like shall not be used or held by

fishermen, divers or picnickers.
2. Divers shall not take or fish for marine life without obtaining a license from the
Ministry.
3. Fishermen, divers or picnickers shall not use air generators in fishing.
4. No fishing nets or equipment not included in these Regulations shall be used unless
after obtaining the Ministry’s authorization.
