1. The Ministry may make any amendment related to the specifications and mesh sizes
of fishing nets and equipment.
2. The Ministry may suspend issuing licenses for fishing activities or new agricultural
facilities.
3. The Ministry may reduce fishing efforts in places and times as it deems appropriate,
and as per the species it determines.
