The Ministry may, at any time, in collaboration with the relevant agencies, monitor and
inspect fishing, diving, and excursion vessels and equipment, means of preserving
living aquatic resources and products used by artisanal and investor fishermen,
institutions, companies and shops specialized in this field, fishermen's cooperatives,
aquaculture projects and the like, to ensure their compliance with the provisions of the
relevant laws and regulations.
