In the event of an (artisanal or investor) fisherman’s death, his heirs or their legal agent
shall be given the Ministry’s authorization to operate the fishing vessels registered in
his name for a one-year period, during which the heirs shall be required to transfer the
ownership of the fishing vessels if they meet the requirements stipulated in these
Regulations.
