Implementing Regulations of The Agriculture Law

The Ministry or its designee may, in the event that agricultural resources or products are put at stake, make an inventory of such resources or products, and may take the following measures: 1. Obtaining an undertaking from the agricultural facility owner or importer to retain the violating resources or products or prevent their circulation or clearance until they are established to be safe; 2. Temporarily close the agricultural facility or part thereof; 3. Order recall or withdrawal of food products or agricultural resources, in coordination with other relevant agencies.
