Implementing Regulations of The Agriculture Law

The Ministry or its designee may destroy any agricultural resources or products that endanger human or animal health or the environment, pursuant to the following: 1. A report shall be drafted and shall list the type and quantity of the resources or products to be destroyed and the reason for destruction. 2. Said report shall be submitted to the Review Committee for approval. 3. Destruction shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures approved by the 105| Implementing Regulations of the Agriculture Law Ministry and under its supervision. 4. The agricultural facility shall bear all expenses of the destruction process. 5. Destruction shall be attended by the facility officer or his representative where possible.
