The Ministry may confiscate and handle catches obtained as a result of violating the
106| Implementing Regulations of the Agriculture Law
provisions of the Law and its Regulations as follows:
1. If permitted, the confiscated catches shall be offered for sale in a public auction.
2. If harvested during the ban season, the confiscated catches shall be donated to
charitable organizations.
3. If prohibited or permanently banned from harvesting, the confiscated catches shall
be destroyed in accordance with the controls stipulated in these Regulations.
