The Ministry shall, for preservation purposes, examine agricultural sector resources and
shall determine which items, products, or production inputs are to be disposed of as a
result of being wholly or partially infected or suspected of being infected with diseases,
epidemics, or pests, as required by the Ministry's policy to control the same.
