Implementing Regulations of The Agriculture Law

1. The Ministry shall, individually or in coordination with any person it deems appropriate, encourage and attract the private sector to participate in all types of agricultural activities and services. It shall accordingly draw up appropriate plans to improve the investment environment in the agricultural sector; support facilities, projects, and investors therein; provide necessary data and information, follow-up, coordination and assistance; solve problems; and overcome difficulties and 120| Implementing Regulations of the Agriculture Law obstacles. 2. The Ministry shall be entitled to collect, analyze, use, and issue or publish data for all types of agricultural activities, as it deems appropriate.
