Implementing Regulations of The Agriculture Law

1. The Ministry shall form a committee under the name “Review Committee on Agricultural Sector Applications” to receive applications submitted to the competent agency of the Ministry by the sector’s service providers/agricultural practitioners. Said committee shall consider these applications and submit its opinion thereon to the competent person at the Ministry to take the appropriate decision. 2. The decision to form said committee shall determine the tasks entrusted thereto, its chairman and members, and its working rules and procedures.
