1. Violating consignments shall be placed under quarantine until a decision is made
whether to have the consignment cleared, rejected and consequently destroyed,
returned to its country of origin, re-exported to a third party, or its use status changed,
in accordance with the decisions, instructions and requirements issued by the
Ministry or the relevant agencies.
2. Defective agricultural products shall be destroyed in accordance with the procedures
set out in these Regulations.
