Implementing Regulations of the Telecommunications and Information Technology Law

CST shall issue additional rules and procedures to regulate amicable dispute resolution between service providers, provided that they include the following: 1. Competencies within the amicable dispute resolution; 2. Mechanisms and procedures to apply in amicable dispute resolution; 3. Approval of any appropriate methodology or means for dispute resolution by alternative means; 4. Appropriate means for submitting requests and managing meetings; 5. Mechanism for following up on the implementation of dispute resolution reports after issuance thereof.
