CST shall, in order to ensure continuity of telecommunications services, carry
out the following:
1. Establish regulations related to business continuity and risk management,
to enhance service provider networks readiness;
2. Prepare and update the infrastructure risk register for telecommunications
network, and evaluate business continuity plans for facilities-based service
providers.
