Registration of Non -Saudi Companies for the Purpose of Real Estate Ownership Service Description This service enables the registration of non -Saudi companies licensed outside the Kingdom that wish to own real estate within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without engaging in any economic activity inside the Kingdom. Required Documents 1. A copy of the commercial register of the participating foreign establishment, translated by a certified translation office and authenticated by the Saudi embassy. 2. The company ’s articles of incorporation, translated by a certified translation office and authenticated by the Saudi embassy. 3. An authorization document appointing the company ’s representative, translated by a certified translation office and authenticated by the Saudi embassy. Service Conditions & Restrictions Appointment of a natural person as an authorized representative under a valid authorization to complete the registration procedures with the Ministry. Required Documents None Service Conditions & Restrictions Continued validity of the establishment's commercial registration in its country. Service Fees The applicant commits to paying the annual update fee later, as determined by the ministry upon approval of the application. Payment must b made within a period not exceeding fifteen ( business days from the date of notification of the due amount for the service; otherwise, the registration will be considered void.. Merging cases: If the request is to acquire an independent legal entity with different partner(s): 1.
