Amending Property Ownership Registration Information for Non -Saudi Companies Service Description This service allows submitting requests to update the amendments and changes made to non -Saudi companies registered with the Ministry of Investment for property ownership, whether the amendment is to: • Legal entity • Establishment name • Company nationality • Partner names • Location • Distribution of shares among partners • Entry or exit of partners Required Documents Amendment to Authorized Representative' s Details: A copy of the power of attorney, plus a passport if the authorized representative is a foreigner. Amendment to Establishment Details: A copy of the commercial registration, plus a copy of the articles of incorporation translated by a certified translation office and authenticated by the Saudi Embassy. Amendment to Partners' Details: A copy of the articles of incorporation/partners' resolution regarding amendments, translated by a certified translation office and authenticated by the Saudi Embassy.
