The judgment shall be pronounced by reading its wording, or its wording and grounds in an open hearing. The judges who
participated in the deliberations shall be present when the judgment is pronounced. If one of the judges is unable to attend, his
absence shall not affect the judgment if he has signed the judgment entered into the record.
