1.Within a period not exceeding 20 days from the date of pronouncement of the judgment, the court shall issue a decree
containing a summary of the case, responses, valid defenses, verbatim testimony of witnesses along with attestation of their
characters, oaths, names of judges who participated in the judgment, names of litigants, agents and witnesses, name of the
court which considered the case, number and date of the case record, grounds and wording ofthe judgment, date of
pronouncement, omitting redundant and repetitious sentences that have no bearing on the judgment. Said decree shall be
signed by the judge or judges who participated in the judgment.
2.Each judgment shall be entered in the judgments record, unless otherwise decided by the Supreme Judicial Council.
3.A copy of the judgment decree shall be delivered within a period not exceeding the period provided for in paragraph 1 of this
Article.
