The judgment shall be subject to expeditious execution, with or without bail as the judge may deem fit, in the following
circumstances:
a)Judgmentsin urgent matters.
b)if the judgment involves alimony, breastfeeding cost, accommodation, child visitation, surrender of a child to his custodian, or
separation of spouses.
c)If the judgment involves payment of wages of a servant, craftsman, laborer, breastfeeding woman or custodian.
