1.Jurisdiction shall belong to the court within whose jurisdiction the defendant’s place of residence falls. If the defendant does
not have a place of residence in the Kingdom, the jurisdiction shall belong to the court within whose jurisdiction the plaintiff’s
place of residence falls.
2.If neither the plaintiff nor the defendant has a place of residence in the Kingdom, the plaintiff may file the case with any court in
any city in the Kingdom.
3.In case of multiple defendants, jurisdiction shall belong to the court with jurisdiction over the place of residence of the majority.
In case of equal numbers, the plaintiff shall have the right to file the case with any court having jurisdiction over the place of
residence of any of them.
