A city, county or township shall be considered the territorial jurisdiction of the court located therein. If there are multiple courts,
the Supreme Judicial Council shall designate the territorial jurisdiction of each. A township with no court shall fall within the
jurisdiction of the court of the nearest town within the province, unless the Supreme Judicial Council determines that they fall
within the jurisdiction of another court in the same province. In case of conflict of territorial jurisdiction, the case shall be referred
to the Supreme Court to decide thereon.
