Taking into consideration the date set for appearance, the process server or plaintiff, as the case may be, shall serve a copy of
the statement of claim to the defendant not later than 15 days from the date of receipt, unless a hearing is set within such
period. In such case, the statement of claim shall be served prior to the hearing.
