The net assets of the collective real estate investment scheme, whether fixed financial and in-kind
assets or rights with third parties, shall be owned by the collective real estate investment scheme.
The rights of the creditors of the investors, the licensee, or the manager of the collective real estate
investment scheme shall be limited to their shares in the collective real estate investment scheme,
and shall not include the funds or assets of the investment scheme.
