1. The capital of the collective real estate investment scheme shall be divided into shares of equal
value and rights, and the investor’s liability shall be limited to the amount of shares he owns in
the investment scheme.
2. The Capital Market Authority shall regulate the investors register for the collective real estate
investment scheme.
