The licensee shall appoint a chartered accountant and engineering consultant for each collective
real estate investment scheme. The Regulations shall specify the conditions and requirements for
the appointment of said accountant and consultant as well as their responsibilities, duties, work
procedures, and liabilities relating to the investment scheme.
