Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 14 of this Law, neither the licensee nor the manager
of the collective real estate investment scheme may take any decision or action in case of an
existing or potential conflict of interest in such decision or action. The Regulations shall specify
the manner of dealing with cases of conflict of interest.
