The accused shall not be physically restrained or handcuffed during court sessions. He shall be sufficiently guarded and may
not be removed from any session unless he commits an act calling for such removal. In such event, proceedings shall continue
and the accused may be allowed back to the session if the reasons for his removal no longer exist. The court shall notify him of
any proceeding taken in his absence.
