If a witness is a minor or his testimony is otherwise inadmissible, his statement shall not constitute a testimony. However, if the
court finds that such testimony is relevant, it may hear it. If the witness suffers from an illness or a serious disability rendering his
communication with the judge impossible, the court may seek the assistance of someone who can communicate with him, but
such a statement shall not be deemed a testimony.
