Law of Criminal Procedure

If necessary, the court may move to the location of the crime, or to any other location, to conduct inspection, hear testimony of a witness unable to attend, or ascertain any matter. The court shall allow the parties to be present at the location. It may assign any of its judges for such task. Any proceeding taken by said judge shall be subject to rules applicable to trial proceedings.
