In the existence of valid grounds, the parties may object to the appointment of the expert. Such objection shall, together with the
grounds, be submitted to the
investigator for decision. The investigator shall decide on the objection within three days from the date of submission. Upon
filing the objection, the expert shall be suspended. In case of urgency, the investigator may order the expert
to continue his work.
