1. An admission shall be deemed a judicial admission if a litigant admits before
the court to a fact alleged against him during consideration of a case relating
to said fact.
2. An admission shall be deemed extrajudicial if the litigant admits outside the
court to a fact alleged against him or if the admission is made during the
proceedings of another case.
