1. A person making an admission must have the capacity to carry out the
admitted act.
2. An admission made by a competent minor who is permitted to buy and sell
shall be deemed valid to the extent of such permission.
3. An admission made by a trustee, guardian, endowment administrator, or
persons of similar capacity shall be valid in matters they attended to which
fall within their capacity.
