1. If the jointly-owned real estate is partially damaged, the owners must repair
such damage as decided by the general assembly, unless agreed otherwise.
2. If the jointly-owned real estate collapses, the general assembly shall take
any action it deems necessary. In case of disagreement, the matter shall be
referred to the competent court.
