1. No modification may be made to the exterior of the jointly-owned real estate
without the approval of the general assembly.
2. The approval of the general assembly must be obtained prior to carrying out
any work that may increase the value of the entire jointly-owned real estate
or part thereof; such work shall be carried out at the expense of the
requesting owners, subject to the conditions set by the association as well
as compensations and other obligations it imposes for the benefit of the
owners.
