A. A committee shall be formed of three legal specialists and two technical
experts whose grade shall not be lower than Grade 12.
B. The members shall be nominated by the Chairman of the Authority’s Board
of Directors.
C. The formation of the Committee shall be pursuant to a resolution by the
Council of Ministers for a term of three years renewable once. The resolution
shall appoint one of the legal specialists chairman of the Committee.
