The relationship between healthcare professionals shall be based on
cooperation and mutual trust.
It shall be prohibited for a healthcare professional to conspire against
colleagues, undermine their professional or moral standing, or spread rumors
against them; nor may a healthcare professional, directly or indirectly, solicit or
dissuade patients treated by a colleague or co-workers working with him.
