Draft judgments containing the facts and reasons, signed by the circuit judges,
shall be kept in the case file upon pronouncement of a judgment.
After pronouncement of a judgment, a date shall be set for delivering a copy
thereof not later than 24 hours in summary judgments and 15 days in other
judgments.
