A disciplinary action shall be filed by submitting the statement of claim and all
investigation documents to the competent court. The statement of claim shall
contain the employee’s name, capacity, and place of work as well as the
violation attributed to him, its place of occurrence, evidence, and the legal
provisions to be applied.
