1. The subdivision or merger of a real estate shall be recorded in the real estate
register upon the approval of the agency in charge of the subdivision or
merger and in accordance with the procedures specified by the Regulations.
2. If a real estate encumbered with a real estate right is subdivided into two real
estate units or more, each new real estate shall be fully encumbered with
said right, unless the concerned parties agree otherwise.
